Hutch is the perfect allrounder, his calm nature and willing attitude make him perfect for any discipline! He’s a big gentle giant, don’t let his size fool you he wouldn’t hurt a fly! Laid back and more woah than go he’d fit right in for some lazy weekend trail rides or with a keen rider he’d easily do pony club and competitions.
Easy to handle on the ground, wash, shoe, tack up, floats perfectly
Doesn’t need to be ridden every day, easy to being back after a spell, just jump on and go! He has had basic flatwork education and is going well, learning to stretch over his back and use his big body. Smooth even paces. Happily pops over trot poles and small logs, we will keep testing his jumping as he gets fitter.
Exposed to dogs, tractors, flapping tarps, traffic, other horses, you name it. He trained at seven mile beach so also has exposure to water and tracks through that area.
